) Fix test_forkserver_sigkill() of test_multiprocessing_forkserver: give more time to the first child process to complete, double the sleep in the parent process. Fix test_forkserver_sigkill() of test_multiprocessing_forkserver:
give more time to the first child process to complete, double the
