Power outage scheduled in Moulvibazar’s part on Saturday

Power supply will remain suspended in Kulaura and Juri upazilas of Moulvibazar for eight hours on Saturday due to emergency maintenance work at a grid substation.

Executive Engineer of Bangladesh Power Development Board’s Kulaura Sales and Distribution Division Md Shahadat Hossain confirmed the matter.

He said electricity supply to all feeders under the Kulaura 132/33 grid substation would remain shut from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM for urgent repair and maintenance work.

As a result, the entire Kulaura and Juri upazilas will remain without electricity during the period.

The Power Development Board expressed regret for the temporary inconvenience caused to consumers.
