Amtali PS wins several awards

AMTALI, BARGUNA, June 16: Amtali Police Station (PS) has won several important awards for its outstanding contribution to law and order, crime control, anti-drug operations and warrant-executing activities in the district. 

The awards were presented at the monthly crime review meeting of Barguna District Police on Monday afternoon, based on the evaluation of the performance of officers working in various PSs and units of the district for the month of May-2026.

According to the district police, Amtali PS Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abu Shahadat Md Hasnain Parvez has been selected as the best OC of the district. In addition, Amtali PS SI (Unarmed) Mohammad Wali Ullah has been selected as the best drug recovery officer. On the other hand, ASI (Unarmed) Md Jasim Uddin Sikder and ASI (Unarmed) Md Mainul Islam have been selected as the best warrant-executing officers. 

In this connection, Amtali PS OC Abu Shahadat Md Hasnain Parvez said, “This achievement is not just my personal one; it is the result of the collective efforts of all the officers and members of Amtali PS.”
