Score Prediction
Predict exact match scores
What Is It?
The Prediction game lets you forecast the exact final score of every group-stage and knockout-stage match before it kicks off. You compete against other users to see who can predict results most accurately.
Visit /predict to submit your score predictions.
How To Play
- 1 Log in or create a free account.
- 2 Go to the Predict page — all upcoming matches are listed.
- 3 Enter your predicted Home and Away scores for each match.
- 4 Click Submit Entry — your forecast is saved.
- 5 You can change your prediction up to 3 times per match.
- 6 Predictions lock 6 hours before kickoff — no changes after that.
- 7 Points are automatically awarded once the admin marks the match as Finished.

Tournament Simulator
Simulate the entire tournament
What Is It?
The Simulator lets you predict the entire FIFA World Cup 2026 — all group-stage scores, every knockout round matchup, all the way to the Grand Final. The simulator automatically recalculates standings, best third-place teams, and the bracket as you fill in scores.

How To Play
- 1 Log in for cloud sync — or play as guest (progress not saved).
- 2 Go to the Simulator page and select the Groups tab.
- 3 Pick a group (A–L) and enter predicted scores for each group match.
- 4 Standings recalculate in real time as you type.
- 5 Switch to the Knockout Stage tab to pick winners for each round.
- 6 Use the Randomize button to auto-fill all scores for quick play.
- 7 Your progress is auto-saved after each change (if logged in).
Groups Tab
Predict all 12 group-stage standings by entering match scores. The top 2 teams + 8 best 3rd-place teams advance to the Round of 32.
Knockout Tab
Pick a winner for each knockout match — R32, R16, Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and the Grand Final. The bracket updates automatically based on your picks.
Leaderboard Tab
See where you rank against all other users — broken down by Prediction points, Simulator points, and your combined Overall score.

How points are awarded

You predicted the exact scoreline (e.g. 2–1 predicted, 2–1 actual)
Correct Winner + Same Goal Diff
Right winner, same margin — e.g. predict 2–0, actual 3–1 (both +2 GD)
Correct Winner / Draw Only
You got the result right but margin or GD was different
Wrong Outcome
The result was different from your prediction
Simulator Points
Simulator points are calculated separately from prediction points. Group-stage scores use the same 5/3/1/0 system. Knockout winner picks earn bonus points per round:

Simulator Points Recap
Simulator group stage predictions are matched against real fixture results as the tournament progresses. Your total simulator score is the sum of points from all your correctly predicted group matches. Points are recalculated automatically whenever an admin finalises a result.

How rankings work
Prediction Board
Ranks users by total points earned from score predictions only. Each correct prediction awards up to 5 pts.

Combined leaderboard: Prediction points + Simulator points. The Overall board determines the true champion.
View Overall BoardAuto-Update on Every Result
Leaderboards update automatically when an admin marks a match as Finished and enters the final score. If a score is later corrected, all affected points are recalculated from scratch. You don't need to refresh — just check back after results are confirmed.
Rules & Limits
Fair play guidelines
6-Hour Lockout
Predictions for a match lock exactly 6 hours before kickoff. No changes are allowed after this point.
3 Changes Max
You may change any single prediction up to 3 times before lockout. After 3 changes, that prediction is final.
Account Required
An account is required to participate in leaderboard rankings. Guest simulator play does not save to the leaderboard.
Fair Play
Multiple accounts per person are not allowed. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension and point removal.
No Monetary Value
Leaderboard points are for entertainment only and carry no monetary value unless stated in a specific UNB promotional event.
Score Corrections
If an admin corrects a previously entered result, all points for that match are recalculated automatically.
