He has a strong background in financial and capital markets, and has successfully led major business transformations. He has the proven ability to lead national and international platforms for policy frameworks and collaboration. He founded CLink Advisory in 2024 and previously served as Managing Director & CEO of IPDC Finance Limited. His career also includes significant roles at Standard Chartered Bank and American Express Bank. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and is known for his inspirational leadership and customer-centric approach.

Maj Gen Mohammad Quamruzzaman (retd), PhD (fellow), psc, MBA (IBA) is the Director General of Army IBA Savar and a Professor at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), with 30 years of Army service and retired as a Major General. He has extensive experience in teaching, executive, and administrative roles, including 5 years' robust service with the United Nations. He excels in managing personnel, finance, education, and strategic projects, and well conversant and communicative in Bengali, English, French, Arabic as well as Hindi. He is committed to diversity, integrity, and empowering staff, with strong skills in research, budgeting and collaboration. He has conducted significant research, contributed to policy and training manuals. His publications are featured in various professional journals.

Brigadier General Rashed was commissioned with 35th BMA Long Course in the prestigious Corps of Infantry in 1996. He served in five infantry battalions of Bangladesh Army. His staff tour of duties includes as Brigade Major of an infantry brigade, Colonel Staff of an infantry division and Staff Officer (Grade-2) at Army Headquarters. He commanded an infantry battalion and an infantry brigade. Currently, He is commanding 46 Independent Infantry Brigade located at Dhaka Cantonment. He served as an instructor in two notable training institutions of Bangladesh Armed forces; Defence Services Command and Staff College(DSCSC) and School of Infantry and Tactics(SI&T). Internationally, he has participated in two UN peacekeeping missions in Sudan/Darfur and D.R Congo and received 'Force Commander's Commendation'. He holds master's degrees in English Literature (NU) and Defence Studies (University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka). He is a graduate of prestigious UK Defence Academy (SWINDON), DSCSC (Mirpur, Bangladesh) and DSCSC (Sapugaskanda, Sri Lanka).

Syed Hammadul Karim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics and an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Dhaka. He, a Master Fellow of the Life Management Institute, USA is a veteran professional with over 33 years at MetLife, where he played several key leadership roles. Starting his career in finance in MetLife Bangladesh in 1987, he rose to Head of the Department in 1993. In 1998, he spearheaded MetLife's Nepal operations, eventually becoming the General Manager in 2004. He further served as Sub-Regional Chief Operating Officer for South Asia and held numerous senior roles back in Bangladesh, including Deputy General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer. Being appointed as CEO of MetLife Bangladesh in 2017, he led the company to maintain its leadership position and achieved significant digital transformation. Syed Hammadul Karim retired in 2020 after a distinguished 33-year career with MetLife.

Mohammed Ishaque Miah has an extensive career in ICT and banking, currently serving as the Managing Director and CEO at Bangladesh Data Center and Disaster Recovery Site. His role involves overseeing the establishment of a Disaster Recovery Site at Jessore Sheikh Hasina Software Technology Park, managing design, budget, tendering, and daily operations. Previously, as the Chief Information Security Officer at Bangladesh Bank, he supervised security monitoring, system testing, ICT audits, and compliance, while implementing innovative banking technologies and policies. With 29+ years of experience, including 26+ years in banking, he has expertise in computer networking, data center management, programming, and ICT/Cyber security. He has developed key ICT policies, guidelines and several software systems for Bangladesh Bank, significantly enhancing its operational performance and technological capabilities. He has completed his B.Sc (Hons.) and M.Sc. in Applied Physics and Electronics from Dhaka University. He has also achieved Post Graduate Diploma in ICT from IICT, BUET.
He has obtained ICT security related international professional certifications like CC, CISA, ISO 27001 ISMS LA, ISO 22301 BCM etc. He has also achieved Islamic Banking related certifications like CIBF, CSAA etc.

Shahnaz Sultana holds a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from Dhaka University and has over 28 years of experience in international banking and risk management, with expertise in credit and financial crime. She is the CEO and Chief Consultant of FINS Alliance Risk Advisory and Consultancy, focusing on Financial Crime, Corporate Governance, ESG, and FinTech. Under her leadership, FINS Alliance launched the 'CRO Dashboard' in 2021 and the AML Advisory Framework in 2023 and 2024.
An advocate for sustainable finance, Mrs. Sultana organized the inaugural Bangladesh Sustainable and Green Banking Summit in 2022.
As the founder of WE Global Women Foundation, the first alliance in Bangladesh's financial sector focused on women's career advancement, she has championed knowledge sharing, networking, and coaching through inclusive practices.
Her career includes roles as Country Chief Bangladesh and Regional Risk Officer (APAC) at Wells Fargo Bank N.A. (2008-2021), overseeing 14 countries, and as Director at American Express Bank Ltd. Bangladesh (1994-2008). In 2009, she became the first female County Chief of a Multinational Bank in Bangladesh (Wells Fargo Bank N.A.).

Syeda Zakeerin Bakht Nasir has over 32 years of extensive human resources experience, including leading the HR function in two prominent international organizations - American Express Bank Ltd. and Siemens Bangladesh Ltd. Her expertise spans all aspects of human resource functions, specifically in organization design and process improvement. She has expertise in Strategic Thinking, Change Management, Legal Compliance, Leadership Development, Process Improvement, HR Expertise, Talent Management and Organizational Development. She was the founding vice president of Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management (BHRM). Currently, she is the Chief Consultant & CEO of Z N Consultants, which provides comprehensive HR solutions, including organizational transformation, talent management, and compensation & benefits design. Before that, he worked as an independent HR consultant. As an HR consultant, she offered end-to-end HR support, specializing in organizational development, talent acquisition and retention, and compensation strategies. She has a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Banking and a Master's degree in Finance from Dhaka University. She is the Life Member of Dhaka University Alumni Association and Finance Alumni Association, Dhaka University. She gained functional experience with the Human Resources department of a sister concern of Siemens in Pakistan in 1993. She was also attached to the HR department at Siemens' Head Office in Germany. She also participated in multiple regional functional workshops held in Singapore, Thailand, India, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.

Md. Shakil Rizvi is a prominent figure in the Bangladeshi capital market, involved since 1987. Presently he is the Shareholder Director of the Board of Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE). He leads Shakil Rizvi Stock Limited, Shakil Rizvi Asset Ltd., and Rizvi Fashions Limited, and serves on the boards of National Tea Company Limited and Bangladesh General Insurance Company Limited. As DSE President (2010-2012), he globalized DSE, aligning it with the World Federation of Exchanges. He holds various leadership roles, including Vice-President of DSE and President of DSE TREC Holders' Club and DSE Brokers Association. Rizvi's contributions have significantly shaped both local and global capital markets.

Mohammad Shahjahan, a key figure in Bangladesh's business and capital market sectors, became associated with the Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) in 1975. Presently he is the Shareholder Director of the Board of Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE). Serving in various leadership roles, including Shareholder Director and Vice President, he significantly contributed to DSE's demutualization. Shahjahan, Managing Director of Jahan Securities Limited, also made notable advancements in the jute industry, earning recognition as a CIP. Currently, he chairs the Bangladesh Jute Exporters' Association and holds positions in multiple jute and business associations.

Richard D' Rozario is a prominent figure in the Bangladesh capital market, who joined Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) as a Shareholder Director on 21 December, 2023. With more than 29 years of reputable business experience, he has played various roles in different capacities including authorized representative, trader, consultant, and portfolio manager with efficiency for developing the capital market. Since 2012, he has been serving as the Managing Director of Global Securities Limited, a leading and renowned brokerage company. Additionally, he is involved as a partner in RM Electric, an electrical goods importer and distributor organization since 2002. Mr. Richard's exceptional organizational skills and entrepreneurship led to his involvement in multiple social and commercial organizations and contributed to take those to the new heights. He has significantly contributed to the DSE Brokers Association of Bangladesh (DBA), serving as President from December 2021 to December 2023, Senior Vice President from January 2020 to December 2021, Vice President from November 2018 to January 2020 and Director from November 2016 to November 2018. During his tenure, DBA secured the membership of ASF (Asia Securities Forum). Academically, he holds a master's degree in Management from Dhaka University. He is also a dedicated volunteer and member of various organizations like World Vision Bangladesh under the project of Child Survival, Bishwa Sahitya Kendra, Dhaka Club, Dhanmondi Club, Gulshan North Club and Hunger Project Bangladesh etc. He is also an avid sports enthusiast, reader, traveler, and music lover.

Minhaz Mannan Emon is a renowned personality in Bangladesh Capital Market. He has been associated with Bangladesh Capital Market since 1988 and Worked as the Issue Manager, Portfolio Manager, Underwriter and Stock Broker/Dealer. He has played an important role for a balanced, accountable, transparent and modernized Stock Exchange. Mr. Emon is the Managing Director of BLI Securities Ltd. (TREC holder of Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd.) and Platinum Securities Ltd. (TREC holder of Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd.). Director of Tomorrowland Ltd. (Developer and Construction Company) and Greenwalk Ltd. (Resorts and development consultant). He played a vital role for the development of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited and Capital Market locally and globally through introducing DSE in the World Federation of Exchanges and many other renowned foreign Stock Exchanges. He was a Director of Dhaka Stock Exchange during 2012-2014 and 2018-2020.

Wang Hai now serves as the Director of the Information Technology Department II of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) and is Member of the Technical Management Committee of SZSE since 2015. He is now responsible for SZSE's IT strategy planning, technology architecture management, and software R&D management.
Wang Hai joined the SZSE in 1999, and has been engaged in software R&D and technology management in a number of important roles. He is one of the major designers of SZSE's core trading system, and has extensive experience in trading system design, software R&D management, technology architecture management and IT strategy planning.
Mr. Wang was previously President of Shenzhen Securities Communication Co., Ltd. (SSCC) from 2018 to 2022, an wholly subsidiary and an IT development and supporting strength of SZSE. During his term as President, the company provided China's securities industry with leading technology infrastructure services, including data centre, industry cloud, and Financial Data Exchange Platform (FDEP), etc.
Wang Hai holds a master's degree in computer software from Sun Yat-sen University in 1999.

Mohammad Asadur Rahman, FCS has been working with Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) since 2010 in different capacities. Before joining DSE, he worked in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. After assuming his role in DSE, he served as the head of the Company Affairs Division and International Affairs Department. He also successfully supervised the Market Development Division from June 2019 to January 2020, leading the Product and Market Development Department, SME and OTC Department, Research and Information Department, and Market Operations (MOPS) Department.

Mr. Rahman was the Member Secretary of the DSE Demutualization Implementation Committee and an active member of the core team of DSE Nasdaq and FlexTrade's new system projects. He played a significant role on achieving WFE full membership and on boarding the strategic investors (Shenzhen and Shanghai Stock Exchange) at DSE. He is a member of the DSE Management Committee- the highest body of decision making after Board and Board Committees.
Mohammad Asadur Rahman, FCS as a representative of the DSE participated in meetings and seminars with various stock exchanges and institutions around the world, including the Philippine Stock Exchange, Singapore Stock Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shanghai Futures Exchange, Securities and Exchange Board of India, National Stock Exchange of India, Bombay Stock Exchange, Maldives Stock Exchange, and German Stock Exchange. He is an alumnus of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).
Before embarking on the role of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Managing Director (Acting) on June 30, 2025 he served as the General Manager and Company Secretary of DSE from April 27, 2017 to June 29, 2025.
