Pre-issue Disclosure Requirements:

• Prepare financial statements according to IFRS or IAS (as applicable for small and medium entities) and audited as per International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
• Financial statements shall not be older than one hundred twenty days at the time of submission of application;
• Cost audit by professional accounts, if applicable;
• Audited the latest financial statements by panel of auditors as declared by BSEC;
• Follow the provisions of guidelines regarding valuation of assets published by BSEC, if any.

Post- issue Disclosure Requirements

• Prepare financial statements according to IFRS or IAS (as applicable for small and medium entities) and audited as per International Standards on Auditing. (ISA);
• Submit Annual Financial Statements;
• Any price sensitive information must be faxed within thirty minutes to DSE and BSEC;
• Sponsor, director and placement holder are required to submit declaration according to prescribed format before buy or sell;
• Issuer is required to report shareholding & free float position on half yearly basis.
