Clearing & Settlement & TREC Holder's Margin
[Reference: Regulation 26 of Dhaka Stock Exchange (Alternative Trading Board) Regulations, 2022]

Clearing and Settlement:

• The clearing and settlement of securities shall be in accordance with the regulations of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Settlement of Transactions) Regulations, 2013 or any subsequent amendments thereto, unless otherwise anything contained in regulation 9 of Dhaka Stock Exchange (Alternative Trading Board) Regulations, 2022.

TREC Holder’s Margin:

• Margin shall be applicable for a stock broker in accordance with the Dhaka Stock Exchange (TREC Holder’s Margin) Regulations, 2013.
• No margin shall be applicable in the negotiated trading platform under the Dhaka Stock Exchange (TREC Holder’s Margin) Regulations, 2013.
