Post Issue Disclosure Requirements for Equity Securities
[Reference: Chapter V of Dhaka Stock Exchange (Alternative Trading Board) Regulations, 2022]

• The issuer shall get its audited financial statements within 120 days from the date on which the financial year ends and submitted the same to the Commission and the Stock Exchange within 14 days.
• The Issuer shall make available the detailed financial statements and Annual Reports in its website as well as in the website of the Exchange.
• The issuer shall send copy of annual report to the Exchange & Commission and simultaneously to the shareholders at least 21 days prior to AGM/EGM.
• AGM shall be held by the issuer company within 45 working days from the record date.
• The issuer shall submit the statement of security holding position and free-float reporting on yearly basis in the prescribed format within 30 days of end of English Calendar year to the Exchange.
