Methods of Listing

There are two possible ways to get listed with DSE:

• Listing through Initial Public Offer (IPO)
  1. Fixed price method, shares may be offered at par, premium, or discount depending on the issuer's eligibility and financial position; or
  2. Book-building method, shares shall be offered at the cut-off price.
• Offloading of Shares through direct listing: Applicable for Government-Owned Companies only.
