Honor is set to make a major splash in the smartphone market with the launch of its new flagship device, the Honor X80 Pro Max, featuring an enormous 11,000mAh battery—one of the largest battery capacities ever seen in a mainstream smartphone.

In an official announcement posted on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, Honor confirmed that the smartphone will make its debut in China on June 22. The company has already opened pre-orders through its official online sales channels.

According to Honor, the device will support 90W wired fast charging to quickly replenish its high-capacity battery. It will also feature 27W reverse charging, allowing users to use the smartphone as a power bank to charge other digital devices.

In a separate Weibo post, Honor revealed the phone’s design and color options. The Honor X80 Pro Max will be available in four color variants: Lightning Red, Moon White, Vitality Orange, and Xuanjia Black.

Leaked specifications suggest that the smartphone will feature a large 6.8-inch display capable of reaching an impressive 10,000 nits peak brightness. For performance, the device is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 processor.

The camera setup is rumored to include a 50-megapixel primary rear camera, while the device is also expected to offer dust and water resistance along with flagship-grade biometric security features.

With its exceptionally large battery, advanced charging capabilities, and premium specifications, the Honor X80 Pro Max is expected to attract users seeking extended battery life without compromising on performance and features.
